Many factors are used to determine whether a home requires a rewire. From age of the wiring, to the condition of the accessories; even whether you are considering major renovation
works or are simply concerned about its safety.
Unless discussed beforehand, we will replace all of your existing wiring, supply and fit new accessories and install a new consumer unit. On completion, your installation will be safe and provided with an electrical certificate.
Inevitably, installing new cables into block walls means we will have to cut [chase] grooves into your walls in order to hide the cables. Our electricians use high quality chasing equipment and top of the range dust extraction. This means we can comfortably complete occupied rewires without the need for you to move out.
